From HubSpot to DealBuilder:

The video above shows how DealBuilder is integrated with HubSpot. With this integration, you can easily create agreements and send them for electronic/digital signing via DealBuilder.

See how you can enter a “Deal” in HubSpot via a button called “Create Deal” which opens DealBuilder.

All relevant information is transferred to DealBuilder from Hubspot via a Query String. Sellers don’t have to enter this information manually in DealBuilder every time they send out an agreement, saving a lot of time on each contract! 

Examples of elements that can be included automatically from HubSpot to DealBuilder:

  • Company name
  • Organization number
  • Company address
  • Customer’s name
  • Telephone number
  • Email
  • Customer’s HubSpot Company ID
  • HubSpot Deal ID

Once DealBuilder is opened sellers select one of the company’s predefined agreement templates, then adjusts the agreement and sends it to the customer for electronic signature.

When DealBuilder is connected to HubSpot in this way, it only takes seconds to produce and customize a deal, then send it to the customer for electronic signature. All sales processes start in the HubSpot CRM, streamlining current customer information

From DealBuilder to HubSpot:

We update HubSpot automatically every time a customer contract is signed. DealBuilder is event-based and can push all data from the contracts that are signed over to HubSpot with webhooks. All data in a DealBuilder contract is set up as structured data points that can be sent back to HubSpot when the deal is signed. 

HubSpot can therefore be automatically updated with elements such as: 

  • Company name
  • Organization number
  • Company address
  • Customer’s name
  • Telephone number
  • Email
  • Customer’s HubSpot Company ID
  • HubSpot Deal ID
  • Seller’s name
  • Products/Services
  • Quantity
  • Prices
  • Discount
  • Binding period

In addition, we set up other automations so that the Deal in HubSpot is automatically moved to “won” when the contract is signed, and the contract/PDF is published on the customer card.
