Why is DealBuilder so customizable?

One word: Webhooks, meaning data from DealBuilder can be forwarded to other systems on given events.

A huge advantage of DealBuilder is that all content in signed contracts is built up as structured data fields. This gives you incredible flexibility to pick certain data from signed agreements and pass it on to other systems. 

Example: When a contract is signed, information from the contract can be forwarded to other systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, SuperOffice, etc, updating communication channels such as Slack, Teams, Discord, etc., and updating sales boards or financial systems. 

Data fields that can be retrieved and passed on with webhooks

  • Information about the customer (company name, organization number, e-mail, telephone number, contact person at the customer, etc.)
  • Information about who has sold (name of seller)
  • What has been purchased (products, quantity, prices, cost of goods sold, start-up costs, running costs, etc.)
  • Fields you have defined yourself
