DealBuilder has support for webhooks, which means that data from DealBuilder can be forwarded to other systems on given events.
An event could be, for example, that when a contract is signed, information from the contract must be forwarded to other systems, such as CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, SuperOffice etc., updating communication channels such as Slack, Teams, Discord etc., or updating sales boards or financial systems.
A huge advantage of DealBuilder is that all content in the contracts that are signed is built up as structured data fields. This means that you have great flexibility to take the data you wish to pass on from the signed agreements to other systems.
Some examples of data fields that can be retrieved and passed on with webhooks are:
– Information about the customer (Company name, organization number, e-mail, telephone number, contact person at the customer, etc.)
– Information about who has sold (name of seller)
– What has been purchased (products, quantity, prices, cost of goods sold, start-up costs, running costs, etc.)
– Own fields that you have defined yourself
With this type of integration, you can digitize and automate many manual and/or analogue processes at your company.
Wouldn’t it be great if your systems updated automatically every time a customer signed a new agreement with your company?
DealBuilder can also receive data from other systems. Get in touch here to learn more about this.
